Fight the Snacking at Work

Cutting down on snacking is important if you want to lose weight and this is a thing that many fail to change. Snacks seem small and insignificant but in the end of the day they add up and eventually diet plan and a new figure can be failed.

Stopping snacking in workplace is hard, especially if you work in the environment where everything is against your diet plan - office for example.

Polite male colleagues usually bring something tasty in a shape of chocolate and it’s hard to stay away from trying few, and then few again. The best solution is to get them fired but they are nice guys pleasing their colleagues.

Second worst thing which don’t allow me to fight the snacking is our vending machine down the corridor. Every day some invisible power makes me buy fizzy drinks, chocolate bars and crisps moving my weight loss goals even further.

Did you know that average person spends $45 a month on snacks? I spend much more that certainly and disturbing thing is that these snacks consist of “bad” products only. My friend who lost her weight gave me tips on how to stop snacking at work and I’ll share with them with you:

Tip number one is to remain calm. Stress causes us to eat something (something calorie rich in most cases) that’s why it’s good to plan the work properly and stick to the planned to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Two. Stock fruits on your desk. These will make a perfect and totally healthy alternative to unhealthy snacks and every time I’ll crave for something to chew, I won’t have to go anywhere.

Three. Keeping myself busy and interested should keep me away from snacking as well. This might be effective because on extremely busy days I even forget about my lunch which is great in terms of unconsumed calories.

Fourthly - natural appetite suppressant. My friend suggested me to try hoodia appetite suppressants which are much stronger suppressants than fruits and can help me to cut down up to 2000 calories a day. Actually I can spend my snacking money on something that will do me good.

Following these simple rules I am hoping to stop snacking at work and start losing weight at last.
